42 Days Escape

Reminiscing on the memories of my 42 Days Escape,
I've realized that I have so much to thank for.

I felt the warmth of home again and
the love of family that triumphed over distance, time and priorities.

I laughed out loud with old friends.
We sat, shared coffee and food
while talking about our younger years and the years to come.

I visited old and new places.
Tried new things and
have seen a lot of different faces.
They made me realize what a wonderful world we live in.

I have witnessed union of hearts through marriage of friends and
I myself experienced the magic and sweetness of love
that made me decide to do as well in the near future.

I have tasted the great feeling of living your dreams and
made me cling more to those dreams and work harder to achieve them.

Of course,
it's not always Christmas as they say.
There were some problems and spoilers.
But they made me realize how matured I've become.
The resources ran out but indeed,
God is a Great Provider.

Ahh...
It was a sweet escape, really.
A sweet escape from the stressful part of the world.

I wanna take another leap.
Go on a new trip.
But not yet for the moment.
So just for now,
I will always think of those happy memories.
I will let them linger down in my heart and mind as I prepare for
the next escape.
