On Your Journey

If you are afraid to face the world,

Close your eyes, seek guidance of our Lord.

He will extend His arms for you to hold,

As you discover the world you will behold.


If all your friends turned their back on you,

Don’t be afraid, your journey must continue.

There is Someone who will never leave or forsake you-

God, The One who purposefully created you. 


If reaching your dreams seems so impossible,

Pray! Believe in faith more than miracle.

God destined every struggle

And in His Name everything is possible.


Life is indeed a continuous journey.

There are pitfalls and agony,

It gets rough and rocky.

Just flash a smile, don’t worry.


Believe in your God whole heartedly.

Go on! Don’t retreat on your journey.

Just follow the path less travelled by many...

And surely, you will reap your victory.


Life isn’t unfair after all.

‘Cause every time you are tossed back and forth,

You create a ripple

That’s so beautiful to God...
