Our Odyssey

Friends- 

That’s how our book was

opened.

We shared

the ups and downs

tests and feasts

smiles and frowns

to get the strings

of our  profession.

We dreamed,

endured and

achieved.

Then

we parted ways.

We traveled separate

journeys.

We dreamt our own dreams

And built our own realms.

But the course of destiny

re-write our odyssey and 

pulled us back together.

We play a coy no more.

No apprehensions and

pretense.

We crossed our limits and boundaries.

I Love you and

you love me too.

That’s the simple truth

That awakened our heart.

From this day on,

Let us paint bigger pictures

of brighter future.

Let us nurture the gift of

Faith, hope and love.

And write a new chapter 

as lovers
