Apple of Contentment

I wish to

count the stars in heaven
catch the pouring rain
meet the eye of the glaring sun
or ride on the lazy moon...

seek the rainbow's end
live in the Garden of Eden
bathe on the life's fountain
or drink the water that turned into wine...

sing with the nightingales
shout with the thunder and lightning
or fly on  the sky when windy...

cross the oceans' boundary
dive deep into earth's sanctuary
unearth the world's most precious jewellery
or harvest a million hectare greenery...

All of these,

I always wish.

but I can't,

But I'm still happy and

not in gloom.

All alone in this dark room,
mind joggle, thoughts rumble
while eating my sweet little apple...
