Lockdown Sunset

Yesterday's sunset was so lovely yet saddening.

It marked the commencement

of second lockdown in this paradise.

But it is still undeniably

beautiful and promising:

The sunset doesn't end there.

Darkness comes then sunrise rules.

The waves don't get tired either.

They just come back and forth.

Gently. Roughly.

Creating an awesome view and melody.

Ahh. Splendid, indeed.

Hopefully, when this storm is over,

Sunset will signify a new beginning.
